Questions
- Which engines are in which plan?
- All of them, in every paid plan: ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Perplexity and Claude. No engine is an add-on. The free audit checks four (ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, Perplexity).
- What counts as a question?
- One thing a buyer might ask, like “best invoicing tool for freelancers”. Starter includes 50 per brand. Each one is asked on every engine every 3 days, and those repeat runs don't count extra. You can swap questions whenever you like.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from billing settings. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Can agencies put their own name on reports?
- Yes. The Agency plan covers up to 10 brands, with report links and PDFs that carry your agency's name, logo and colors instead of ours.
- What happens after the free audit?
- Nothing, unless you want it to. You get the answers and 3–5 specific fixes by email. If you'd like to keep tracking, Starter picks up the same questions and adds more.
