• Account details: your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.
• What you tell us about your brand: website, brand name, competitors, the questions to track, and any facts you confirm (like your starting price).
• What we log for you: the questions we ask AI engines, their full answers, the sources they cite, and what we extract from them.
• Waitlist: your email address, so we can tell you when ReachGraph opens, the page you joined from, and your IP address, which we use to stop abuse.
• Free audit requests: the website and email you submit, and your IP address, which we use to stop abuse (for example, the limit on audits per day).
• Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store them.
• Basic technical data: server logs (like IP address and browser) to keep the service secure and working.

To run the service you signed up for: asking AI engines your questions, storing the answers, showing you results, and sending the emails you expect (sign-in links, audit results, alerts, your weekly summary, and a note when we open if you joined the waitlist). Also to prevent abuse, handle billing, answer support requests and keep the product secure. Where the law asks for a legal basis, it's performing our contract with you, or our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service.

These providers process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

• Hosting and database: Railway
• Network and security: Cloudflare
• Email delivery: Resend
• Payments: Stripe or Dodo Payments
• AI answers and analysis: DataForSEO and the AI providers it connects to (such as OpenAI, Google, Perplexity and Anthropic), and Anthropic for reading answers. They receive the questions we ask, which can include your brand and competitor names, but not your account details.

Some of these providers process data in the United States. We rely on their standard safeguards for international transfers.

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your light or dark mode choice. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

• Account and workspace data: while your account is open. Delete a workspace and its logged answers go with it.
• Waitlist emails: until we've told you we're open, or sooner if you ask us to remove you.
• Free audit requests and results: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
• Records of emails we sent: 90 days.
• Billing records: as long as tax law requires.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop processing it. Email mail@warplabs.co and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, including complaining to your local data protection authority.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it to run the service, and sign-in uses one-time links rather than passwords.

ReachGraph is a business tool and isn't meant for anyone under 16.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell account holders by email.
